Every room in your club can now make money
|
|
Courts are sold on your booking platform. Everything else you built is usually sold by hand at reception, or not sold at all: the sauna, the cold plunge, the recovery room, the yoga or pilates studio, the kids play area.
|
|
From today your club can sell all of it online through SmashClub, inside the app and Customer Portal your members already use. You set the price, the hours and the capacity. Members pick a time and pay. Staff see every booking in one calendar.

Two ways to earn from the same room
|
|
Sell it. Any signed-in customer books a paid session and pays on a hosted payment page. The booking confirms after payment. Free sessions confirm straight away.
|
|
Or include it in a membership. Add included sessions, access at selected times, or a member discount to a plan. The plan is worth more, so it is easier to sell and easier to renew.
|
|
Both can run at the same time. Members use what their plan includes, everyone else pays the full price.
|
|
|
|

What your staff can set up
|
|
Booking options. One amenity can have several options with their own price and capacity, for example a shared sauna session and a private booking of the whole room.
Rules. Opening hours, session length, capacity, how far ahead people can book, cancellation deadline and closures for cleaning or private events.
Membership benefits. Included sessions, access at selected times, or discounts, per plan.
One calendar. Review bookings, close availability, create reservations for members and record Pay On Site payments when cash or card is taken at reception.

SHARE IT ANYWHERE
|
|
Every amenity has its own direct link and QR code. Put it on your website, on a poster at the sauna door, in a WhatsApp group or in a feed post.

|
NO CALLS TO RECEPTION
|
|
Members see upcoming bookings, finish a pending payment and cancel before the deadline, all in the app or Customer Portal.
|
|
|
|
