How long is the demo?

The demo runs for 30 minutes. We start with a few questions about your club's current setup — courts, booking platform, membership model — then walk through the parts of SmashClub most relevant to your situation. The last 5–10 minutes are reserved for your questions.

Do I need to prepare anything before the demo?

No preparation is required. It helps if you can share basic context in advance — number of courts, current booking platform (Playtomic, Matchi, in-house, etc.), and roughly how many active players — but we cover all of that on the call if you prefer. No documents, no spreadsheets.

What happens after the demo?

You leave the call with a tailored retention plan: which SmashClub modules fit your club, what setup looks like, and a realistic timeline. There is no obligation. If you decide to move forward, onboarding typically takes 5–10 days; SmashClub plugs in on top of your existing booking platform, so there is no migration.
